Order Cancellation
How can I cancel my order? You can cancel your order easily within 1 hour of placing it. Just open your order confirmation email and click the “Cancel Order” button in the “Changed Your Mind?” section.
If more than 1 hour has passed, please email us at contact@hicosy.com with your order number. We’ll do our best to cancel it before it ships.
I accidentally canceled my order. Can I get it back? If you canceled your order by mistake, the fastest way is to simply place a new order. We’ll happily help you recreate the exact same order — just email contact@hicosy.com and we’ll assist you right away.
I canceled my order, but I’m not sure it went through. Can you confirm? If you used the cancellation link from your confirmation email, you should receive a cancellation confirmation email shortly. If you haven’t received it, please email contact@hicosy.com with your original order number and we’ll check the status for you immediately.
I don’t see the option to cancel my order. What should I do? If your order includes a gift card or was placed more than 1 hour ago, the self-cancellation option may not be available. In this case, please email us at contact@hicosy.com as soon as possible with your order number and we’ll help you cancel or make changes.
